Hillbilly Hog Roasters has was founded in the summer of 2002 as D and B spits . We started with just one measly roaster and soon came to realize that just wasn't going to work at all. Just starting out the finances were sort of tight and it wasn't really in our budget to invest in another cooker. So I set out on a mission to do the next best thing, find someone that already had a roaster to partner with, my name Dennis his Bob hence the name D and B. It lasted a couple years and I decided to venture out on my own once again invested in 3 more cookers 2 grills for the chicken, ribs and steaks so today here we are as Hillbilly Hog Roasters.
